ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
R. W. Beck, on behalf of the City of Waco and Waco Metropolitan Area Regional Sewerage System (WMARSS) is soliciting Bids in conjunction with the Bull Hide Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Project bidding on June 29, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the City of Waco at the office of Water Utilities Department (Riverside Training Room), 200 Colcord, Building 100, Waco, Texas, 76707. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm on the same date and at the same location. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 15, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the City of Waco at the office of Water Utilities Department (Riverside Training Room), 200 Colcord, Building 100, Waco, Texas, 76707. A site visit at the Bull Hide Creek WWTP property will follow at 3:30 pm on June 15, 2010. Contract documents shall be made available to prospective Bidders in electronic format via compact disk (CD) and may be obtained at the office of R. W. Beck, Inc. located at 5806 Mesa Drive, Suite 310, Austin, Texas, 78731 (512-450-0991). The cost of the documents is $10 per CD. A non-refundable payment for the bidding documents shall be in the form of a cashiers check or a check made out to R. W. Beck.
