R.W. Beck, Inc., on behalf of the City of Waco and Waco Metropolitan Area Regional Sewerage System (WMARSS) is soliciting Bids in conjunction with the Flat Creek Interceptor Project bidding on April 2, 2009, at 2:00 pm at the City of Waco Water Utilities Department (Riverside Training Room), 200 Colcord, Building 100, Waco, Texas, 76707.Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm. on the same date and at the same location. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on March 23, 2009 at 2:00 pm at the City of Waco at the office of Water Utilities Department (Riverside Training Room), 200 Colcord, Building 100, Waco, Texas, 76707.
Copies of the Plans and Project Manual may be obtained at the office of R.W. Beck, Inc. located at 5806 Mesa Drive, Suite 310, Austin, Texas, 78731 (512-450-0991). All bidders will be required to purchase one Project Manual ($75) and one full-sized set of Plans ($75). Optional half-sized Plans ($35) and a DVD with the Plans ($15) may also be obtained. A non-refundable payment for the bidding documents shall be in the form of a cashiers check or a check made out to R.W. Beck, Inc.
